Galveston

The Port of Galveston is a Texas home port. Carnival carries most of the passenger volume. Disney sails from here too. Those are different floral jobs. Do not treat “Galveston” as one product.

Terminal vs hotel vs ship

The terminal is a port facility. Writing “Galveston cruise terminal” on a card is not a receiving process. Disney publishes a Galveston address — 2702 Harborside Drive, Terminal 28 — for its own guests. That is a ship-program address, not a curb drop for a random vase.

Hotels on the island and along the harbor work when the guest is staying there. Name the hotel, the guest, and the night. “Hold for the Carnival sailing” is not an address.

Ship delivery means a cruise line’s cabin pre-order or a vendor with a documented pier process. Window Box Florist has claimed ship and passenger supply. It publishes no cutoff and no terminal SOP, so it is not listed.

Cutoff realities

Carnival is the volume path at this port. Carnival Fun Shops is live: five business days, 11:59 p.m. ET. Disney’s and Royal Gifts’ cutoffs are on those listings.

If the ship has already sailed

A hotel may hold, refuse, or return the order. A ship program will not catch a missed sailing unless the line says so in writing. If they will not say, treat it as unverified.
