Cape Liberty is the Royal Caribbean berth in Bayonne. It is not the Manhattan passenger piers and it is not Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. A listing that says “New York cruise port” has not chosen this yard.
Terminal vs hotel vs ship
The terminal is Cape Liberty Cruise Port. Royal Caribbean publishes English driving directions to that address. A florist who can find Route 440 has not shown a pier process we could check. We do not list curb drops at the Bayonne gate.
Hotels in Jersey City, Newark, or Bayonne are the passenger path when the guest is staying there. We have not opened a shop page that names one of those hotels and posts a cutoff. Hudson and Hoboken shops with a clock and no hotel stay off this page.
Ship delivery is Royal Gifts for a Royal Caribbean reservation. Flowers go to the stateroom on embarkation day. That desk does not cover Carnival Manhattan, NCL Manhattan, or Celebrity. Carnival NYC stays on New York, not this berth. Cape Liberty is Royal.

Royal Gifts flowers use a four-business-day contiguous-U.S. exception. New Jersey is contiguous U.S. The 24-hour general-gift rule does not apply to flower arrangements. We publish that on the Royal Gifts listing. We will not copy NCL’s five-day New York clock onto this berth.
If the ship has already sailed
A Jersey City hotel desk will not forward flowers onto a ship that has cleared the Kill Van Kull. A Manhattan florist will not rescue a late Bayonne order. Treat a missed sailing as a lost delivery unless the seller has a written hold-or-refund rule.
