Barcelona is a major Mediterranean home port and turnaround. A flower order that says “the Barcelona cruise port” has not named a terminal, a hotel, or a line.

Terminal vs hotel vs ship

The terminal is inside the port. Passenger florists rarely have a documented handoff at a specific Barcelona terminal door. We have not listed one.

Hotels on the Ramblas, in Barceloneta, and near Sants or the airport are the passenger drop when the guest is staying there. Name the hotel. An airport drop the morning of a sailing is a different job.

Ship delivery is a cruise line cabin program. Norwegian’s Gifts & More desk names Barcelona on its Europe flower-port list. Royal Gifts for Royal Caribbean uses the European-departures FAQ (three business days; flowers boarding day only) — not the U.S. four-day rule.

Cutoff realities

NCL’s Europe page says flower orders no later than one week prior, and the same program also states five days in places. Royal’s European guideline is three business days, flowers boarding day only. We publish each on its own listing.

If the ship has already sailed

A hotel will not forward flowers to a ship that has left the breakwater. NCL’s flower orders are first day of sailing only. A missed embarkation is a missed delivery unless the line has a written exception — unverified here.
